Bali has announced that by July the airport will be opened for tourists. At this stage they are saying that "passengers looking to enter Bali through the International Airport should hold a document that shows negative results for COVID-19 from a swab test based on the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)." Your local travel agent should have more information about how you can get this in your country.
Our aim is for you, our guest, to be as comfortable and safe as possible so that you are free to enjoy your stay, and to use the property as a safe base from which to explore the island. In addition to our previous cleaning routines, other Deep Cleaning measures have been added that cover frequent touchpoints. Extra care and strength is now used for our general clean and you have an In-room Personal Hygiene Kit. The details of each measure are outlined in your welcome book. Your staff wear face masks when preparing, serving food and dealing with guests and are briefed on medical protocols should you have any health concerns during your stay. For the protection of yourself, our staff and our guests please don't hesitate to inform our staff if you feel unwell. They will help navigate you through the steps. COVID-19 has taken the world by surprise, and continues to disrupt the way we live, work and travel. We're still in the midst of this, and doing what we can to support our staff and community as it unfolds.
We've remained open in a low key way. We're offering longer term discounts for guests who would like to stay away from the more crowded areas. Our property is naturally secluded, and lends itself easily to minimising contact with crowds. Each Suite has its own full bathroom, fridge and food preparation area. Personal hygiene kits are provided, including disinfectant for surfaces. Our Suites are not air-conditioned, taking advantages of local building design and the natural rice field breezes. Air is fresh, never recirculated. Our Suites have enhanced cleaning standards, and there is a comprehensive cleaning checklist for every room. In the common areas of the property staff regularly disinfect with emphasis on frequent touchpoint. Breakfast in the kitchen pavilion is fully open air, and the food is freshly prepared. Your breakfast chef wears a mask. Our bookings and all payments are done online to minimise contact. If there's more we can do, let us know. |
